Wedding Bells

You’ve done all the hard work of planning and handled all of the thousand details of your special day. Now you want to enjoy your special day as Bride and Groom without having to oversee all of those thousand details. Hire our Day-of Coordinator to handle it all while you enjoy being newly married and celebrating with family and friends.

• Luncheon – Meeting
• Wedding Event Binder and Checklist
• (2) Hours Wedding Coordinator Time
• Coordinate Wedding Weekend
• (2) Hours Minimum – Check/Confirm with Vendors and go through Timeline
• (8) Hours Minimum – Day of Coordination (Wedding and Reception, Supervision to the end of the event including supervision of Final Clean-up team).

$1,750 – (50% Down Payment at the Time of Signing Agreement/Balance Payment Due Day of
the wedding. Extra time needed is billed at $50 per hour and due at the end of the wedding.)

You’ve said “Yes” to the proposal. Now What? Hire our full-on wedding coordinator to help with every one of those thousand details to support you in have the wedding of your dreams.

• Luncheon Meeting

• (2) Hours Wedding Coordinator Time
• (10) Hours Minimum – All Vendors and Venue Coordination
• (3) Hours Minimum – Coordinate Wedding Party Details/Events
• (3) Minimum – Coordinate and attend Rehearsal Dinner
• Coordinate Wedding Day – Of
• (2) Hours Minimum – Check/Confirm with Vendors and go through Timeline
• (8) Hours Minimum – Day of Coordination (Wedding and Reception, Supervision to the end of the event including supervision of Final Clean-up team).

$3,500 – (60% Down Payment at the Time of Signing Agreement – 40% Balance Payment Due Day of Wedding.
Extra time needed billed at $50 per hour and due day of the wedding.)
