My Concierge, LLC Monthly Membership – 5 Hours

Never hired a Personal Concierge before?  Now here’s your chance.  Use our services for only 5 hours per Month. This monthly membership package includes all of our concierge services and is a great try-it-out package for your first concierge experience.  After 30 days you can stay on this great monthly service package.

5 Hours per Month = (2) 2 1/2 Hours per appointment or other agreed upon time schedule.

Package Services Include:

  • Personal/Virtual Assistant Duties – Run errands, pay bills, schedule appointments, etc…
  • Project and Household Management – Oversee projects, hire contractors when needed.

  • Project and Household Management – Researching new home areas and resources, hiring and supervising moving contractors.
  • Set up of organizing team.

Hours must be used within 45-days of purchase or agreed upon in regards to the transition timing.  Time will not be carried over.

Gifts and Experiences – 3 Hours*

For Clients Who:

  • Forgot a loved one’s birthday or anniversary
  • Don’t know what to get or don’t have time to shop, wrap and deliver
  • Want to surprise someone, “Just Because”

Package Includes:

  • Errand Running/Personal Shopping/Gift Wrapping/Delivery
  • Event Planning – Researching venues, contacting, hiring and overseeing caterers, florists and other suppliers. Full or partial event management.
  • Package price is for labor only.  Any materials/outside services being used by or staying with the client will be paid for by the client seperately.

Hours must be used within 30-days of purchase.  Time will not be carried over.

*More time may be needed depending on the gift and experience chosen.

Shopping for the perfect gift or experience for that someone special, family member, friend or business colleague can be a challenging task.  Not knowing what to give for any particular occasion can take up a lot of your valuable time and may result in an unwanted last minute gift idea. And maybe they would rather receive a gift of an experience such as a spa day or a day of sailing.

When you want to show your appreciation, love, friendship, apology, sympathy, present a gift for an out-of-the-ordinary situation or just because, we can help!   My Concierge, LLC offers insightful, creative, thoughtful and meaningful ideas and we handle all the legwork for you.

It’s simple:

  • Fill out our request form telling us about your gifting needs.
  • We will send you our intake form telling us about the lucky gift/experience recipient.
  • From this form we research and create ideas that you may choose from. Once agreed upon.  We will handle all the details in getting it to your recipient.

Whether it’s for one recipient or 100 (or a special gift or experience for yourself!) allow us to put our creative team to work while you receive all of the praise and take full credit for your thoughtful gift.

Payment Terms

Personal Assistant/Concierge Clients pre-pay for a block of time (e.g., 5 hours, 12 hours, etc.…). Purchased time is placed on retainer and will be deducted as projects and tasks are completed (in ¼ hour increments). Totals shown on this web page are calculated according to our “retainer rate” for services, plus 3% processing fee for credit card payments.

Paid packages have set expiration days to use the services, there is no rolling over of time. You may purchase additional time at any time. Paying for items staying with or used by the client will be paid in full by the client prior to purchasing. You can pay with cash, check, or online after being invoiced by e-mail.

Service time begins when the staff member arrives at the client’s home/office or the first service venue and ends when the service(s) are completed.

Organizing Clients pay at the end of each appointment. 1/2-hour Initial Phone Consultation is free. There is a four-hour minimum appointment charge.
